How to Make Chicken Wings in the Air Fryer:

  1. Pat chicken drumettes and wings dry with a paper towel and place them on a baking sheet or cutting board.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees F for 25 minutes. I flipped the wings halfway through by removing the basket and using tongs to turn the chicken over and move the pieces around so that what was on the bottom comes to the top.
  4. After 25 minutes turn heat up to 400 degrees F and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until skin is crispy.
  5. Remove the chicken from the fryer basket and place it in a large bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and toss them until well coated.
  7. Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese, carrots, and celery.
